I get this error now when i boot up my gentoo box and i now have no internet on it ,iproute2 does not require the function provided

This has happend since i emerge --update --ask world ,It did not complete the update ,The pkg it could not update was the media /nvidia kernel but the kernel boots, now with this error and a string of other service errors i am offline ,And this is not my box i'm on,Any help would be good.It also said rename does not suply required function. And that no interface module has been loaded

Ok thats done,I did dispatch-conf but now when i boot up it wont load nvidia module and when i emerge nvidia-kernel it gives me this error,

emerge --update --ask world
