These should be the MySQL username and passwords you have setup (if you have set these up already, if not, you will first need to set a root password for the MySQL server iirc, the command is:
mysqladmin -u root password 'new-password'
obviously changing new-password to the password you want to set. Then using phpmyadmin, the username would be root, and the password what you specify here."I am not an alcoholic, alcoholics go to meetings"
