Can't switch to VT
Can't switch to any Virtual Terminals in Gentoo Stable with CTRL+ALT+F?, or any other combination using ALT CTRL or SHIFT. Also, I can't cycle Display Modes with CTRL+ALT+Plus/Minus, or any other combination including Shift.
VT switching works when I'm not in X.

Sorry it took so long to posta followup, I guess its my own problem, but oh well.
what would I check for in /etc/X11/xorg.conf? my xorg.conf was created by a program in the ati-drivers package. Also, I've commented out the last 4 of 6 VT lines in /etc/inittab because I really don't think I'll ever need more than two of them.
snippet from /etc/inittab:
Code:# TERMINALS c1:12345:respawn:/sbin/agetty 38400 tty1 linux c2:2345:respawn:/sbin/agetty 38400 tty2 linux #c3:2345:respawn:/sbin/agetty 38400 tty3 linux #c4:2345:respawn:/sbin/agetty 38400 tty4 linux #c5:2345:respawn:/sbin/agetty 38400 tty5 linux #c6:2345:respawn:/sbin/agetty 38400 tty6 linux # SERIAL CONSOLES #s0:12345:respawn:/sbin/agetty 9600 ttyS0 vt100 #s1:12345:respawn:/sbin/agetty 9600 ttyS1 vt100
