    Here is KToon and Pencil

    But both are for 2D animation

    For 3D animation you might take a look at Blender for a start. It has a steep learning curve though so prepare for a lot of reading!

    WoW, I never knew, that high quality animations can be done on Blender.

    Hello, look for Dogwaffle (dogwafle ?), which is a TVpaint-like. It must be quite hard to find because this project has been stop, I think. But I had found a working version for Linux just a while ago.

    Synfig is pretty good for 2d animation.

    For 3d, Blender is the best of the best, in my opinion.

    Ive been looking for something like this too. Is there any good tutorial sites for ktoon??
