    Warbled Fonts on "Blender"

    Hello Everyone!

I downloaded and extracted the file below from this URL - Get Blender

After starting the program, I got a window with warbled fonts. At first I thought it was written in Japanese or Chinese but on my subsequent reinstalls, I took a closer look noticed that it was actually in english but fonts are warbled.

I have attached a .png file of my screenshot just in case you might want to check it out.

May I please ask what other things should I be doing in order for me to also experience blender? Or do you think it has something to do with my graphics card?

    Thanks in advance!

I can be found either 40 miles west of Chicago, in Chicago, or in a galaxy far, far away.
Well, the jpg you provided isn't of a high enough resolution to see what you are getting at, so it's really not possible to say what may be going on here.

I think I got it. Its a bug.

My son tried it in an old laptop with nvidia and it looks ok.

There seems to be a fix though. I just not sure if it'll work on mine.
