ImageMagick can do that job! http://www.imagemagick.org/script/index.php You can use .mng or other animation formats. Go to the image magick page and look into the programs, especially "convert". Hope this helps ...

    However the only rendering engine I've come across that supports MNG is KHTML (Konqueror/Safari). MNG support used to be in Mozilla, but for some reason it was taken out.

    MNG should become a W3C Recommendation...
