It would be fun if I could do this kind of stuff... it's kind of impressive, to say the least.
On the other hand, I really am more interested in actual computer science, so I until I have some really large amount of spare time on my hands, I think it will have to wait for my part.

im really interested in computer science too but im not getting a "great" grip on everything yet....my mom comes into my room and looks at the screen..and says "this is boring. is this what you do all day?"

LOL! It used to be the same with me, but I guess she's used to it by now. You know, if you ever were to come into my room, there is a chance of at least 90% that the first thing you'd on the monitor is emacs' DarkSlateGray background.

he he, i tend to play with my box too much adn ned up spending a good 25-30% of my time staring at terminal screens tryign to fix my mistakes.
The usual comment i get is "is that linux? it looks rally boring and hard to use".... why must i play with everything....
