Best linux distro for dual monitor support!
Hi...
Over the years i've mostly used ubuntu or fedora/red hat
I got a new box, it has an integrated intel chip, and a pci video card, I want dual monitor support, works fine with windoze, which distro would you recommend for the easiest setup of dual display? For instance, which would have most built in video drivers/support? Thanks!

Most distros will have support for things like this. Xinerama is for using 2 graphics devices for one desktop. Or you could run 2 x servers, one on each monitor, but xinerama is generally the preferred method.

I've set up Slackware 12 to work with dual monitor support with my ATI Radeon X300.
It was kinda easy thing to do, just installing the driver and then making some changes to the xorg.conf.
Take a look at this page. That's were I found the information I needed and got my card to work with 2 monitors. HOWTO Dual Monitors - Gentoo Linux Wiki
