    Synaptics tounch pad not working

    Hi!everyone,

    I installed CentOs4.5 x86_64 on my HP DV6000 laptop, unfortunately my touch pad doesn't work. I'm newbie to linux.Is there any one outthere can help me to make my synaptics touch pad working?

    Can anyone help me out on this issue? I tried to download synatics driver from Synaptics TouchPad driver for XOrg/XFree86 follow the instruction to install but I did not see my synaptics load at boot. It almost srewed me up.
    Is there any experts out there help me on this?
