    How to mount my cdrom and usb drives


    Dear All,
    Could you tell me about the steps of mount cdrom and usb as detail?
    If I mount it, the result is permission denied, eventhough I was login as root.

    Ok
    1. Power PC
    2. Boot Linux
    3. Login as User
    4. Start Terminal
    5. Enter "su"
    6. Enter 'mount /dev/cdrom /mnt/cdrom'
    7. Enter "exit" (exit su)
    8. Enter "cd /mnt/cdrom"
    9. You are in your CD now do stuff you want
    10. Enter "su"
    11. Enter "umount /mnt/cdrom"
    12. Enter "halt"
    13. Remove Power
    New Users, please read this..
