    Supported DVD-RW drives

Can anyone point me to a link giving a list of supported DVD-RW drives for LINUX? Please give list of daemons that need to be installed to permit DVD-R and/or DVD-RW recording. I'm running RedHat 9.0 and Mandrake 9.2.

    TIA, Reggy

any standard internel dvdrw will be supported. these things are fairly generic:) you dont need anything beond the cdrwriting app you probably allready have such as k3b or xcdroast both of which support writing to dvd'd.
