No Sound anymore

I've tried looking over the forums, but got no help from the old threads.
KHave done something, but no idea on what, since my sound have dissapeared, and rebooting and sutch don't work. Infact, when everything crasched, KDE refused to work, so i've had to sudo dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg just to get the GUI up and running. Itwas like hitting the reset button, no more Norwegian keyboard nor any sound and the Restricted drivers on my kubuntu won't work anymore either.
This is my motherboard and i'm using that sound also: MSI -- MICRO-STAR INT'L CO., LTD.
