In addition to my inability to get WEP encryption to work, Debian cannot open my other hard drive partions (one is NTFS, one is FAT32) and it is running extremely slowly. Tuned Win XP is running at least twice as fast. I think the slowness may have something to do with the wrong driver for my ATI graphics card. I have no idea why it can't open my other partitions. Yes, windows made them, but other distros have never had trouble reading from similar partitions.
