CPU Throttling on RM-70 CPU
I just installed Debian Lenny on a brand new Compaq CQ50 withan AMD Turion RM-70. I'd like to do is get CPU throttling going. According to /proc/cpuinfo, the CPU does allow "100mhzsteps", however, I've tried "cpufreqd", "powernowd" and "cpudyn" and all say CPU doesn't support stepping/throttling or something of the sort. Is this due to the nature of the CPU being too new? Or am I overlooking a small detail
