If so, how to do it?

Well, whichever distro you choose to install, just create an extra partition of acceptable size during the install and format it with whichever filesystem you want.
Do you need a Howto for installing to pendrive?I do not respond to private messages asking for Linux help, Please keep it on the forums only.
