Just bought the captioned HD, factory setting on jumpers:-
Limited to 1.5Gb/s Operation - the 2 jumpers on the right are connected with a bridge-connector.
According to the instruction on the label:-
3 Gb/s Operation - the 4 jumpers should be free standing without connection.
The captioned motherboard can suppor Serial ATA-300. Please advise whether I have to remove the bridge connector. TIA
B.R.
