    Resolution issue

    Hello All,

I am a newbie to LINUX. I just installed Fedora10. All is working fine, however my max resolution is only showing up as 800 x 600. I know my video card can support more than this since this same machine ran Vista before. The Monitor Resolution Screen just shows Unkown and does not show me any higher resolutions.
How can I fix this problem, any pointers to start me off in the right direction will be highly appreciated.

    Cheers

    Execute this
    Code:
    su -
    lspci | grep -i vga
    Post output here.
It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.
