Anyone know how to make this device boot to network on everytime it is plugged into the mains?

At the moment it only happens if there's a powercut.

If I power down the device using the power button or web interface, as soon as I plug it into the mains, it powers up and shuts down, and then I can boot it up by pressing the power button. (slow process)

Anyone know how to fix the coding in linux to fool the box into thinking that ever power up was from a powercut.
