Hello to everybody... im want to edit videos on linux but i wish to know how much is compatible the Manhattan Firewire card adapters...

this is because i have looked for cards and in each store visited, i found the Manhattan 1688588, a card with 3 external ports and 1 internal (2 external ports with 6 pins, 1 external port with 4 pins, and 1 internal por with 6 pins)

I have checked the Manhattan Page but i didn't found that model...

somebody has this brand and simmilar model working???

i have Debian AMD64 Lenny Stable
Motherboard: Gigabyte
chipset nVidia GeForce 6100/nForce 405
CPU: AMD Athlon 64 2.4GHz
Ram: 3GB
