Phillips LITESCRIBE
Hi everybody. Thanks for the welcome! As a complete newcomer (and a silver surfer to boot) to Linux, there's one main question I need answering please. Before I take the plunge and get rid of "the other" OS, can anyone confirm or otherwise if it is possible to use my Phillips Litescribe external DVD writer.
I use it frequently and would not like to be without it. Any help would be appreciated.

I've used internal lightscribe burners a few times, don't imagine it'd be any different using an external one. There's even a RPM for download at Lacie Lightscribe
