    problem with USB connections



    this shows to me:

    device descriptor read/64, error -110

    and I have no idea what is wrong, it is problem of my fuc.... printer, I try to get it working pretty long, It is hp and I tryed propably everything.

    After connecting the USB printer while it is powered on check
    dmesg
    command output. whether it displays any error message. Also read a howto from tldp.org on Linux Printing and do check this site openprinting.org

    Have you installed hplip?
    What about CUPS?
