Voip router

When I install 99% of Linux distros they all come up as wired eth0 connected but the browser cant connect to the net. I found out it was because it cant find my Voip router if I disconnect the voip router they work fine. I am using NetCom V300 telephone router
yet PCLinuxos 2009 has no problem with this issue. I have to use my Voip and also want to use the other 99% linux distros would someone please help with this puzzling problem.???

eth# is the network interface.
Please post the output from the following command;
And what is the ip address of your voip router?Code:route -n
