Hi,

I bought a sound blaser live card because i thought it had good linux support, adn my existing sound card was filling up dmesg with junk, and i couldn't work out y.

I slotted the live in, and withing seconds was using it to listen to audio. However, i cannot get the optical working.

I use suse 9.1 on an AMD chip, does anyone have any idea of what i need to do?
