sound problem
Hi i just recently instaled linux kubuntu 9.10 and for some reason it says sound card not instaled. when i know its installed. When i boot it (I have dual boot) as windows it works just fine. Any ideas on how to fix it, my sound card is HDA ATI LSI Si3054

That device may not be supported, at least by default. From my Googling of this, it seems there are issues with this device. Is it built-in, or an add-on board?
Sometimes, real fast is almost as good as real time.

Linux Mint is an Ubuntu derivative.Sometimes, real fast is almost as good as real time.
