I am having problems with one of the channels on my video capture card (a Brooktree Corporation Bt878 Video Capture ).
The video from this channel (video 1) is capturing at >2 fps. I am using it with a program called swistrack and it is saying there is a 300-3000 millisecond (random) on this input, while the other 3 inputs have a delay or 1-2 milliseconds.

I am using v4l2. I checked the settings with v4lctl and they appeared the same for all of the video devices (video0-video4).

I am wondering if anyone has any ideas on what might be going? Also, how can I reset all of the settings for that input to the defaults in case something that I can't find is messed up.
