HP 1102 printer Not compatible with Linux
I have recently purchased a laser printer by HP model P1102.
This printer seems not to be able to work on my HP mini running on linux OS. Sure enough the simple documentation that came with it is silent about the support for linux users.
Can any one help on this pls.

Which distro are you using?
The driver is foo2zjs.

Tq for your reply. I am using Open Suse 11.4. I read the 'foo2zjs' and it says you cannot use it with SuSe! Any alternative?

It doesn't say you can't use it with OpenSuse, it's asking people not to use 3rd party packages but download directly from the project.
However, I did some more digging and it looks like this printer has recently gained support from the hplip drivers. I think starting with opensuse 11.4. So that should be simpler to get working.
