will it work in linux since it is fairly new with usb 3 and amd raedon hd6000 video on the processor.

Hello and welcome aboard!

Not having used that motherboard, I can't say for certain that it will work without issue under Linux but most new motherboards work just fine.
Occasionally, you might have trouble with certain drivers not being included in the most recent kernel just yet, but even those devices will begin to work after the next kernel release, or two, and kernel updates happen quite frequently in Linux land.
Some users report issues with ATI graphics chips, but others seem to be having no problems. I'm personally a fan of nVidia based graphics. USB3 has been available under Linux for some time now.

thank you , just what i wanted to know. i am worried about the radeon graphics. my distro will be pclinux with the newest kernel with pae.
