Hercules Link webcam not classic, Is it at all possible?

I have a Hercules Link webcam, (not the classic or silver) i am running Ubuntu 10.04.3 and i was wondering if it was even remotely possible to get this webcam working it is identified as Bus 005 Device 003: ID 06f8:301b Guillemot Corp. if this helps. I am pretty competent with the OS any tips would be nice. Even if it means its impossible please let me know.
