    Howto configure mouse from the shell?

    I just got slack installed, but I accidently gave it the wrong type of mouse support. I have a generic 2 button mouse. How can I change it from the shell?

    cd to /etc/X11
    pico xorg.conf
    change the mouse settings in this document
    then restart x
