    For a regular video feed you can use a TV card, those generic PCI cards sold as TV tuners, most of them use the BT878 or similar chip and it is supported in linux, if you get a chance to look at one before you purchase it, look at the main chip (bigger one) maker and model and google it to see if it is supported in linux.
