    Question Issue with sound- eLux RDP to Windows 2012


    Hey,
    Ive been set the task at work, this Fujitsu FUTRO Z220 (thin client) running Elux RT V3.1.2 will take RDP sessions with out remote sound, local sound works, but its not functing on remote audio, we have tested this with windows / windows and that funtions fine. the Terninal server its connecting too is running a software phone, calls made on the elux pc incomming sound and voice isnt heard. any ideas on this?

    Rdp settings
    V5 Rdp, play remote enabled. master/ mic not mutied

    it was mutipal things stopping it, we now changed the headset for sound over to usb, that works but no mic is seen remotly.

    You have the ability with Linux systems to enable both input and output devices. Are you running a GUI, or just straight console tools?

    sound works from it, mic is seen via rdp. Its pretty much an ready only OS so its very restricted.
