extra functionality with an apple pro keyboard
i bought this kb a year ago, and i love it. some people think im a freak for doing so, but oh well.

anywho, the windows driver for this thing includes the functionality of the mute, volume up, and volume down buttons by default. i would love to have this under linux as well. hell, maybe even bind the eject button to "eject".
im not a very good programmer, otherwise i would set off writing my own usb kb driver. so, i ask you all... are there any apple pro kb drivers out there with those extra tidbits?

well yes you can get all the buttons working by either editing the keymap that you r using or with 'xkb' or 'xkeys' and there are a few others that let you bind keys to anything and you will alse need xevto see what the keycode of a key isCode:xev
