creative SB AWE64 problem with sound

i am using entrprise redhat linux3 under this everything is fine but my poor sound card SB AWE64 does not give me any sound. are there anybody describe me to activate my sound.
i will be greatful if anyone describe me step by step the proceure to activate my sound card.
