How USB Memory Stick detects

hello
i have distro linux redhat 9 very new in linux
dont know how to detect USB Memnory stick in redhat 9
kindly please help me to detect this device

Ok in terminal do the following:

Code:

su
&#91;rootpass&#93;
mkdir /mnt/usb
mount /dev/sda1 /mnt/usb

Now in your file-browser you can access the drive via /mnt/usb
