    FC3 and External Hard Drivers

    Hello all,

I am currently running FC3 on an i686 PC and am considering buying an external hard drive. I have usb2.0 interface (although I don't know whether *nix uses 1.1 or 2.0 due to driver compatibility issues). I was just wondering if anyone could suggest a good USB external hard drive to use store my media on, as having a dual-booted system on a 40GB hd keeps things tight. I was thinking of something like this -- I just want to make sure I'll have the USB capability.

    Thanks in advance.

I think most USB hard drives will work. I have an 60 gig Acom Data USB/Firewire drive that works fine in Linux
