    Trying to install a Lexmark Z816 Printer

    Hi,

    I am trying to install a Lexmark Z816 Printer on my Linux Machine. I am currinly running Ubuntu which is based on Debian. My machine detects the printer and detects the model but doesnt seem to have the drivers for it. If anyone knows where i can get drivers for this model printer I would Really Appreciate it

    www.linuxprinting.org is always a good source.
    (CUPS installed? It's my favourite printing system...easiest to configure)

    @deltasco:
    You have to open a new thread for that.
    Do it and post me there if it's connected to the serial port RS232
    or via USB?
