This is the amptron site, but I don't see your BIOS listed.

You could try putting it in the fields provided.
As for flashing the BIOS, the mobo manufacturer should have instructions for you.
You need to be careful and follow the instructions they give you.
You can permanently damage a mobo if you don't.How to know if you are a geek.
