Lexmark X125 under Debian
I just got a Lexmark X125 all-in-one printer and am trying to get it to work on my system. I am running KDE 3.4 with CUPS on a Debian system with the 2.6.8 kernel. I tried following the instructions for the driver (setting the device to /dev/null) and i used the PPD file from linuxprinting.org. However i still can't print. All of the other documentation that i could find says that LPRng is the best thing to use with this printer, but i don't want to switch over (i already have my other printers set up with CUPS) Does anyone know of a way to get this printer working ?? I can print using the shell script provided with the driver X125_cmyk_print.sh but i can;t configure CUPS to print anything.
