need help about linux kde...
hi ewerybody.. I'm new at linux kde. and have some problems..
Can't use floppy driver.... what should I do?
Can't ge Ip number what is the process and how can I get IP
and how can we install a writer ??
I'm really sad and confused about this mess... Need help....

to see what your IP address is, go to a command prompt, as root, type "ifconfig".

tyep this and post it here:
cat /etc/fstab | grep fd0
If its blank, add something like
/dev/fd0 /mnt/floppy auto user,rw 0 0
to your /etc/fstab
and check out linuxprinting.org its a
page to find info.
