In searching for a way to run an HP scanner, I got statements from HP (in writing and from a real person) that they "are working on" Linux drivers.
Can anyone confirm or refute this?
What started it was trying to find a way to run a model 5550c scanner. Neither SANE nor Vuscan supports it. For Vuescan, they state that HP will not release interface data.
