Pinacle tv tuner sound problem
Hi! I'm a linux newbie and I have problems getting my Pinacle tv tuner card to work with fedora core 3. I can see the image, but I can't hear anything. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

do you know what driver the card uses? Is it the bttv one?

try removing the
module.snd_bt87x
then also just check a few mixer levels.Code:rmmod snd_bt87x
What i found was that after removing this module, i also NEEDED to ensure that:
"Line-In As Bass"
and
"Line-In As Rear"
were set "Off" in order to get sound out."I am not an alcoholic, alcoholics go to meetings"
