Sound Card Compatability
I just installed the latest Ubuntu distro, and I'm having trouble with my sound card. Ubuntu recognizes the device and it has the volume control as it should, but for whatever reason, I cannot get any sound. I just changed my distro from Fedora 4, and the sound card worked there.
Specs:
Card: Creative Labs SoundBlaster Audigy 2 ZS
Distro: Ubuntu 5.04 "Hoary-hedgehog"
PC: Sony VAIO PCV-RZ26G
Thanks for any help anyone can offer! I had some trouble installing Fedora and linuxforums was a real help.
