    Hi,

    My creative 24 bit sound card is not working in linux. it is perfectly working in windows. any one pls. help on this. i am using redhat EL-4.

    I had the same problem running it in mandriva 10.1- have you tried running alsaconf? If you can get it to work that way, great. If not, sorry I couldn't help more. I didn't get mine working at all and returned the card...

    It might also help to try updating your alsa drivers too!
