I am having problems setting up mu external firewire audio interface (M-audio Firewire solo)
I have been using this device with a Windows setup for a while now, and am trying to migrate to Linux.
After a scour online it appears that this device (infact any firewire audio device) is currently unsupported in any Linux distro.

I have come across Freebob, a early stages project which seems very promising, but I ahve had few problems trying to get things running properly.

Any help in trying to set up this hardware would be very appreciated.
