    Checking Hardware config (e.g. serial and part number)

    Hi All,

    Does anyone know how to get info like part number, serial number of linux server using command??

    Right now, I am collecting info of all my server.

    I use a program called dmidecode which grabs just about every single piece of information about your computer, try that.
