Syncing Tungsten E2 with Fedora
Aloha,
I got a Tungsten E2 for Xmas and can not seem to get it to work on Fedora Core 4. I have googled my brains out and followed several different "how-tos" but I must be missing something. Using
tail -f /var/log/messages
I see the PDA show up as ttyUSB0 and ttyUSB1 and then after it fails to sync, it disconnects. So it seems to me that the hardware is seen. I can't get Jpilot, Kpilot or Evolutaion to sync at all. I really want to get this thing working. Any weblinks with info would be much appreciated as well as any comments/ideas you may have. I am at work so tonight when I get home I will post a more detailed what I have done/seen so far to the forum. I am also posting on the Palm forums as well and hoping to get some information there. Maybe if I get it to work I can write a quick how to.
