160GB HDD no longer boots
I've recently changed computers from one with a Dell P3 P3 666MHz motherboard to one with the K7S5A motherboard, with a 1GHz AMD Athlon on it.
I'm just wondering why my 160GB hard drive would stop being bootable after changing computers. It used to boot in my P3 without any problems, but not in my AMD computer.
The BIOS detects all settings correctly, and reports the correct capacity in the CMOS: 160GB. I've reinstalled GRUB on the bootable partition (/dev/hda1) and the MBR (/dev/hda), but no effect.
Any ideas? Thank you all for your time!
