USB vs Linux on the CHAINTECH VNF4 Ultra Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 Ultra ATX AMD Mobo

I have the CHAINTECH VNF4 Ultra Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 Ultra ATX AMD Motherboard and the USB disableing trick uppd the speed enormously. Like Flip, I would like to get my USB functionality back without haveing to disable it. Both my gaming mouse and my Treo hotsink cable are USB as well as my Flash Memory Card reader. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!!!
