linksys wireless adapter - what distro?
Does anyone know a linux distribution that for sure works with a linksys wireless adapter?? I have already tried Open Suse 10, and Fedora Core 4; both have not worked. I have tried ndiswrapper, but it doesn't seem to be working. I need a linux distribution that works on the internet using a Linksys USB wireless adapter. (Specifically, it is a 802.11b v4 wireless adapter; but if you know a linux distribution that works for any Linksys wireless adapter, please let me know!) Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

SimplyMepis has the best wireless support of any distro I've come across, it includes ndiswrapper and multiple Windows drivers.
Try the livecd and see if that supports your hardware.
Remember though that you can get hardware to function in any distro, but some make you work for it.
