how to probing my on board VGA
on booting i see SiS 651 / 962 but when i configured via Xconfigurator i didn't see the chipset for my VGA onboard ...

how to probing my on board VGA

check that chipset number by typing lspci -v
there shoudl be a driver for a similar card (perhaps a generic driver? eg. sis6xx? just try some reasonably close names and see if the work.
if nothing goes use the vesa driver
